Animweb Technologies provides a spectrum of creative and technical services, including but not limited to, web design and development, 2D and 3D animation, motion graphics, and digital consulting. The specific scope of your project, including deliverables, timelines, and costs, will be meticulously outlined in a separate Project Proposal or Statement of Work. This ensures absolute clarity and alignment from the get-go.

Your Brilliance

Any content you provide to us – your text, images, logos, and other assets – remains your exclusive property. We'll only use it to bring your project to life.

Our Artistry

We retain ownership of the underlying code, design frameworks, and proprietary tools we use. Think of it as our unique set of paintbrushes and easels.

The Masterpiece

Upon final payment, you receive a broad license to use the final, delivered project for its intended purpose. We do, however, reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio – a proud artist's signature.

We believe in a collaborative process. Our project proposals will specify a set number of revision rounds. We encourage consolidated and clear feedback. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges, which we will always discuss with you beforehand. Your timely approval at key milestones is crucial.

All project costs will be transparently detailed in your Project Proposal. Typically, we work with a phased payment structure: an initial deposit, milestone payments, and a final payment upon completion. All invoices are payable within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may incur a gentle reminder and, subsequently, a late fee.

If you need to pause or cancel a project, please let us know in writing. Depending on the stage of the project, a termination fee may apply to compensate for the work already completed. Should we cause any significant delay, we will communicate proactively and work with you to find a fair solution.

Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the total amount you have paid us for the project in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits.

Warranties & Disclaimers

We warrant that our work will be free from significant defects and will function as described in the Project Proposal for a period of 30 days after launch. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Confidentiality

Your secrets are safe with us. Any sensitive data you share will be used solely for the purpose of our project and will not be disclosed to any third party without your express consent.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Animweb Technologies. We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time and will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
